What is Kilovance?
Kliovance is a continuous combined HRT tablet for women who have not had a period for at least one year. It is used to manage menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, and vaginal dryness. Kliovance also helps prevent osteoporosis in postmenopausal women at risk of fractures who are intolerant of, or contraindicated for, other medications.
How Does Kliovance Work?
Kliovance tablets are prescribed to women who are going through menopause to treat the symptoms that come with it. Kliovance is a combination of two medications: estradiol, which is a type of estrogen, and norethisterone, which is a type of progestin. Directions

- The dose can be taken at any time of day, but it is best to take it at the same time each day to maintain consistency.
- Once you finish one pack, begin the other immediately without taking breaks.
- If you miss a dose, you can take it as soon as you remember, unless it is close to the time for your next dose, in which case you should just skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule.
- If you would like to stop using the tablet, ensure you discuss it with your doctor first so that he/she can advise on the correct method of stopping the treatment.
